The building is in a well desired neighborhood called Milwaukee Junction, now recognized as North Midtown. Located 4 blocks East of Woodward and Stop 10 of the Q-Line Route, which is a 3.3-mile-long, $180 Million Streetcar system. Connecting as far north as W. Grand, to downtown Detroit’s People Mover, the Amtrak Railway Station in New Center, and the proposed Ann Arbor–Detroit Regional rail system. The Q-line corridor is a consortium of private and public businesses and institutions, connecting the downtown renaissance area of restaurants, entertainment, and now hosting all 4 professional sports teams, Detroit Red wings, Detroit Lions, Detroit Tigers and Detroit Pistons.
