CURRENT MULTI-FAMILY PROPERTY DEVELOPMENTS

LOCATION:
The building is in a well desired neighborhood called Milwaukee Junction, now recognized as North Midtown. Located 4 blocks East of Woodward and Stop 10 of the Q-Line Route, which is a 3.3-mile-long, $180 Million Streetcar system. Connecting as far north as W. Grand, to downtown Detroit’s People Mover, the Amtrak Railway Station in New Center, and the proposed Ann Arbor–Detroit Regional rail system. The Q-line corridor is a consortium of private and public businesses and institutions, connecting the downtown renaissance area of restaurants, entertainment, and now hosting all 4 professional sports teams, Detroit Red wings, Detroit Lions, Detroit Tigers and Detroit Pistons. Walking distance to Wayne State University, the DIA, the Detroit Historical Society, Henry Ford Hospital just to name a few. This location is well deserved for the growth and need of updated multi-family housing!

DEMOGRAPHICS of our Renters:
Ambitious Urban Hipsters, Entrepreneurs, Business Professionals, Techies, College grads, College students, Culinary artists, Visual artists, Radical retirees, Empty-nester’s from near and far are investing their time and energy in the city as homeowners, volunteers, business owners, and more. A year ago five companies, Quicken Loans, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan, Compuware, DTE Energy and Strategic Staffing Solutions, pledged more than $4 million to help employees offset the cost of buying, renting or renovating a home in the downtown area. The problem now is there aren’t enough apartments for all the people who want to live downtown.
